Right of Withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must notify us via madea.handcraft@gmail.com within 14 days if you wish to return an item. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Warranty and Complaints A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. For complaints, please contact madea.handcraft@gmail.com.

Fortrydelsesret Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret på varer købt i vores webshop. Perioden regnes fra den dag, du modtager varen. Du skal inden 14 dage give besked om fortrydelse på madea.handcraft@gmail.com. Du afholder selv de direkte udgifter i forbindelse med varens returforsendelse.
